Terms of Service Agreement

Ghiza Foods is the entity of Concept Makerz Events Private Limited.. Before utilising Ghiza Foods facilities, please note that you have thoroughly reviewed the following terms and conditions.

 

Sign up to become a customer 

  • Any individual who is eligible to enter into a contract may sign up for services. Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act of 1872 states that every individual is eligible to contract if he or she has reached the age of 18, is of sound mind, and is not barred from contracting under any other law under which he or she is subject.
  • You should have a credit or debit card under your name that is appropriate to us. 
  • We retain the right, at our discretion, to refuse any request or to suspend your Account with us.

 

 

Terms of using the site

The contents of this platform are not for commercial usage; the customer has permission to visit, but not the right to capture and use of prices or descriptions, use of robots, or similar data collection methods to do the same. No part of this site can be replicated, duplicated, copied, or used for some other commercial use.

Users can not use trademarks, logos, or other proprietary material (including photographs, language, configuration, or forms) on the site without explicit permission.

 

Pricing and order cancellation

Prices seen on Ghiza Foods apply GST-free Your order would be paid at the time of sale except for fresh goods. In the event that fresh produce costs more or is incurred on the day of order, extra charges may be paid or refunded in full.

A customer can cancel an order within 10 minutes of its placement, either online or by contacting our customer service, and request a refund of any advance payment made. This does not apply to Express fulfillment requests, which are processed and delivered promptly.

 

Return and refunds

For problems related to the consistency or freshness of its supplies, Ghiza Foods trusts in Cent-um Customer loyalty and a "no questions asked return and reimbursement scheme."Since the orders are on a smaller volume, and it is challenging to reimburse cash, for delivery orders in specific, the refunds would be extended on future retail bills.

 

Delivery Terms

We will  make every effort to fulfill your order within the time frame you choose when you put your order.

If no one is eligible to accept delivery at the primary delivery address (as specified by you when you put your order), we will leave notice of the delivery at the secondary delivery address or a safe location (nominated by you at the time you place your order).

Events which are not in our control, such as adverse weather conditions, can sometimes prevent us from delivering your products on time. Under all cases, we will email you as soon as possible to reschedule the order. In such a case, our responsibility to you is reduced to the expense of the product purchased plus the cost of shipping.

 

Liabilities on Dissatisfaction:

  • 1. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality support and quality products. You must return the products in the event of an issue, whether it be with our service or the product itself, and provide input via the Website "Contact Us" section or by mail, with as soon as possible after delivery."
  • 2. Any complaint received from our customer support representatives will be addressed within one working day.
  • 3. The customers' quality concerns would be sent to our Developmental Team for analysis. Please be patient and we will reply as soon as possible with the results.
  • 4. We cannot be held responsible for any incidental or consequential losses or harm resulting from our delivery or non-related faults.
  • 5. Nothing in this agreement shall in any manner reduce our responsibility for death or injuries caused by our negligence or restrict your civil rights as an user.
  • 6. The products are marketed to you on the assumption that you are a buyer, and you will bear the responsibility for possible damages as a company customer or distributor.
  • 7. Your order and address would not be held responsible for any loss after delivery.
  • 8. We've developed our packaging to guarantee our products arrive fresh, but it is your duty to keep them refrigerated. Finally, whether you or a third party transfers, handles, or causes the items to be delivered, we shall not be held responsible for something done to the goods or the merchandise subsequent to distribution.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any issues that might arise with regards to Ghiza Foods shall be resolved by informal talks and mediation. To keep the matter out of the courts, this can be forwarded to arbitration, in the terms of the Arbitration Act, 1996 or other subsequent legislation. Arbitration trials will be held in Delhi in English. The award of the arbitration tribunal shall be absolute, which cannot be appealed. The courts of qualified jurisdiction in Delhi will handle any issues in this agreement.
